Dry Green Chutney

How to make Rajkot's Famous Dry Green Chutney | Spicy Green Peanut Dry Chutney | Spicy Peanut Dry Chutney |Rajkot Green Chutney | Rajkot Ni Famous Chutney

Hello Friends

I'm back with one more interesting, super delicious, spicy, finger licking, flavorful and healthy recipe for you. It is super quick and very easy to make. It goes well with almost all the Indian foods. Sharing Rajkot's famous green dry chutney with the stepwise pictures...

Today's blog post is dedicated to my big brother as I'm able to share this recipe because of him. My brother ordered dry chilly chutney all the way from Gujarat that too by normal post.. To be very honest, initially, I really don't like the idea of ordering perishable commodity all the way from Rajkot - Gujarat.  And it had taken such a long time to get delivered to our place.. No blame game, but due to delay, rough handling, it got spoiled in transit. But, chutney vendor understood the problem and arranged fresh chutney for us and that got delivered in time.

From the last few days, to get the perfect taste of this chutney, I had tried many trial and error recipes. This recipe is very close to the chutney I had tasted...

☑ What's so special in this chutney!

Well, the first thing it is super delicious… and you can relish it with any Indian food. It is very unique in taste and difficult to guess. Second - if handled nicely can be stored up to months time and best suited for picnics, travelling and outdoor parties. Third - it can be easily stored in the freezer compartment and no ice crystals are formed. Fourth - This chutney works great and best alternative for coriander and mint chutney. Fifth - No onion - No garlic chutney. Sixth - Boost your metabolism.

No more suspense, lets get started....
