How to make aam ka achaar | Easy green mango pickle recipe | Kachhe aam ka achhar in homemade pickle masala

I really want to apologize for posting this recipe in the month of June, as best quality raw mangoes are available in the month of April. My this recipe is dedicated to my best friend Simran, on whose request I am posting this recipe.

My recipe is really simple and easy to make. The USP of my pickle recipe is that it is made from homemade mango pickle masala powder.

Cut the mangoes into small cubes or as desired, but don't peel the skin. Add mango pickle masala and mustard oil, mix well.

Transfer the pickle to a sterilized glass jar and seal tightly. If possible, keep this bottle under the sun for 5-7 days to ripen..

    1. Hi Harriet,
Thank you so much dear, for this lovely comment. You know the red chillies which are added to this pickle give good color to this prickle and at the same time not really spicy. I assure you will going to enjoy this pickle..I have likewise added a spicy red chilly powder too, you can skip that and use only Kashmiri red chillies. If you require any help related to this recipe, feel free to ask. I would love to help you..

    1. This is the first time someone coming and asking is a truly humble gesture from you, very much appreciated.

Yes, all the images posted in this blog are taken by me.

I don't know whether it is correct to allow someone to use my blog images as you can easily hire someone who is professionally more qualified and give you better output....

My understanding - permitting someone to use my blog images is selling copyrights which is not the case... plus I'm not getting remunerated...
