Meetha Dalia Recipe.

How To Make Mom's Favorite Breakfast Recipe Dalia | Sweet Daliya | Laapsi | Recipe of Sweet Bulgur | Sweet Cracked Wheat (Dalia) ?

Today's recipe is mom's favorite breakfast recipe. Daliya means broken wheat. Daliya (Dalia) is also known as Bulgur, Laapsi, Fada, Bulgar Wheat.

For this recipe, w
e will use very fine broken wheat kernels. I have picked organic and medium broken wheat from the supermarket and now I will ground that into fine kernels.

This breakfast recipe is highly nutritious and yummy. Broken wheat is an excellent source of fibre, phosphorus, magnesium and iron.

Notes:

1. Get everything handy before starting the cooking procedure.

3. Water works in good quantity, as in absence of water, chances of getting burnt is very high. Water gets absorbed fast if used fine kernels for cooking.
