Ingredients required 

  • 2-3 tsp roughly chopped Lemongrass 
  • 1tsp peeled & grated ginger
  • 1-2 tbsp honey 
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1 green tea bag (optional)


Method 


◾Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add chopped lemon grass and grated ginger to it. Simmer it for 3-5 minutes.


◾Take off the saucepan from heat. Add green tea and steep the tea for about 3-5 minutes.




◾Strain.

Add 1-2 tbsp honey. Stir it well.


◾Pour tea into cups. Serve it immediately and enjoy.
