I am back with one more flavorful, healthy, absolutely delicious and super easy bread pizza recipe for you. Sharing recipe with step by step photos.



The USP of today's bread pizza recipe is the use of fresh and healthy ingredients. Your children are going to love this and trust me it will surely put a very cute smile on their faces and brighten their day.


In today's recipe, I'm going to use almost same ingredients which we use for our regular pizza recipe . 




In order to make bread slice more crisp always top it with cheese slice, as it not only make it more crisp but also work as a protective layer and bread slice won't get soggy. I follow the same technique on my sandwiches as well. It really works well for me. 



Plan of action for today's recipe is

1. Prepare veg pizza sauce
2. Spread it on bread slices and top it with grated cheese
3. Roast
4. Garnish and serve hot

Recipe details 


🔹Preparation time 15-20 minutes 
🔹Cooking time 15-20 minutes 
🔹Servings 8-10 pizzas 

☑ Ingredients required 




For vegetable Pizza Sauce 

🔸5-6 tomatoes - puree
🔸1 tomato - finely chopped 
🔸1 onion
🔸8-10 garlic cloves
🔸1 capsicum 
🔸1 carrot
🔸20-30 grams French beans
🔸1 Handful of basil leaves 
🔸3-4 tsp mixed Italian seasoning 
🔸1tsp black pepper powder 
🔸1-2 tsp chilli flakes 
🔸1-2 tsp sugar
🔸5-6 tbsp tomato ketchup or as per preference
🔸1 tbsp olive oil
🔸1 tbsp butter 

For Bread Pizza 

✅Veg Pizza Sauce - prepared above 
✅8-10 Sandwich bread slices
✅50-70 grams butter
✅1 cube grated Amul cube cheese 
✅4-5 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
✅8-10 cheese slices

 For garnish and serving

✅Tomato Ketchup 
✅3-4 tbsp finely chopped mixed vegetables - optional 
✅Mixed Italian herbs
✅Chilli flakes 


Method
♨ Step 1 Mise en place 

Garlic - peel and finely chopped 

Onion - peel and finely chopped 

Carrot - wash - peel - grated.

Capsicum - finely chopped 

French Beans - cut into small square blocks

Basil leaves - stem removed - finely chopped.




Tomatoes - blanch and puree it.








♨ Step 2 Sauce preparation 

◾Heat butter and oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, stir fry for 8-10 seconds.


◾Add finely chopped onions. Stir fry until the onions are soft and translucent.


◾Add finely chopped tomatoes, cook it for a minute or two. 


◾Add tomato puree and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes. 


◾Add basil leaves, mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes 


◾Add all the chopped and grated veggies and cook it for 3-5 minutes.


◾Add all the dry ingredients and herbs i.e. Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, sugar and salt to taste. Mix it all well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes 


◾Add tomato ketchup, mix it well. And switch off the gas stove. Our sauce is ready. Please note, we don't want to over cook the veggies.. Just stir fry for 2-3 minutes and allow it to mix well with pizza sauce..


Step 3 - Topping 


◾Take a bread slice. Apply butter on top of it.

◾Top it with cheese slice.


◾Spread spoonful of veg pizza sauce mixture.



◾Top it with grated mozzarella and Amul cube cheese.



♨ Step 4 Roast

◾Grease nonstick fry pan with little butter. Place bread pizza slice. Roast it on slow to medium flame for about 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Don't forget to cover it with lid.










◾Garnish it with capsicum, grated carrot, chilli flakes and mixed Italian herbs. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
