Dosa Chutney

How to make Dosa Chutney | Recipe of Green Coconut Chutney | Curry Leaves & Coconut Chutney | Tadka Coconut Curry leaves chutney

Hello Friends,

Today's blog post is my all time favorite chutney for masala dosa. This chutney is super tempting, healthy, delicious and the perfect accompaniment for various South Indian breakfast dishes. Sharing recipe with the stepwise images in GIF format.

Addition of curry leaves works great in this recipe. I normally prefer adding them in fresh form means without stir frying them, but I have observed many people prefer curry leaves in stir fried form, so add according to your preference.

Another interesting change in this recipe is the addition of curd instead of tamarind. To be very honest, for me, use of tamarind in any recipe means little bit messy, lengthy and time consuming work, hence I prefer curd over tamarind as fresh curd is always available in my kitchen and it goes well with coconut and curry leaves chutney.
