Mughlai Shahi Paneer

How to make Paneer in White Gravy | Mughlai Shahi Paneer Recipe | Creamy Safeed Paneer Recipe | Shahi Paneer Recipe with Stepwise Images | Restaurant Style Rich Creamy Paneer Recipe in White Gravy

Hello Friends,

I'm back with one more paneer recipe. Sharing super rich, exotic paneer recipe cooked in creamy white gravy..

Mughlai Shahi Malai Paneer aka Shahi Safeed Paneer is a super quick, easy to prepare, rich, creamy, delectable, restaurant style cottage cheese dish prepared in rich creamy white gravy. This can be served with Naan, chappati, rice or you can serve this with your favorite Indian flat bread.

Today's recipe is my sincere attempt to make it super easy without compromising on taste and believe me it tastes awesomely delicious. This recipe is dedicated to my mom as this is her most favorite restaurant dish which she loves to order.

This paneer recipe is very special and different from our other Indian popular spicy paneer dishes. Frankly speaking, this recipe is only for a special category of people who love rich, sweet, creamy food as its spice content is almost negligible.

The action plan for today's recipe is to slow cook sliced onions, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, green chillies and then make fine paste and then simmer it for a few minutes and finally serve hot with paneer cubes.

Let's get started

☑Recipe details

◾Allow it to cool down. Keep it aside until called for.

✔Step 3 Make a thick Paste

◾ In a mixer grinder jar, add the slow cooked mix (prepared in step no. 2) And all the ingredients mentioned below to make a thick paste.

,◾Grind to a fine paste.

✔Step 4 Cooking time

◾Add paneer cubes and stir gently to combine.

◾Serve hot garnished with paneer cubes..

☑Notes

◾Add green chillies as per taste.

    1. Yes, you're absolutely right. You know I was very much confused as what to do or how this dish should be nicely presented as everything in this dish is white.. Firstly i tried this recipe with peas... But the addition of peas affected the taste.. (image added in post) and then added pista and a few rose petals for garnish.. Sometimes it's good to confuse and keep other guessing as what it is.. he he he. Thanks a lot dear for sharing your views on this post. 😊 Big thumbs up.👍
