Pudina Chai Masala Powder

How to make Indian Pudina Tea Masala Powder | Chai Ka Masala | Pudina Chai Powder | Homemade Minty Spice Mixture for Indian Black Tea | Recipe of Pudina Masala Tea Powder

Pudina Masala Chai aka Minty Spiced Tea is flavored tea drink which is made by brewing black tea with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices.

The best thing about home made masala preparation is that we can adjust the taste and flavor as per our own personal preference.

The action plan for today's recipe is to first wash mint leaves under running tap water and then take out the stems and allow the leaves to dry. This process will take 5-7 days to make these mint leaves completely dry or keep these mint leaves under the sun's heat for faster drying and then dry roasting and grinding all the ingredients mentioned below..

This minty tea masala is best suited for monsoon and the winter season. May month is almost over and waiting desperately for the monsoon season. Masala Tea, Kanda Bhajiya and my Fm station playing all my favorite baarish songs. A Perfect Combination - very much needed in this beautiful season.😊😆

  6. Now this is something really new and intriguing to me, Deepa. My granny used to dry mint leaves and she used to grind that into powder and added in chaats and yogurt — which I love so much. But she never made this chai masala mint leaves. The good news is that I have some tired mint leaves which I brought from india. Now I can make this chai masala super soon! Thanks for this awesome share, Deepa.
