Banana Walnut Milkshake With Dark Chocolate & Honey

How to make Banana Walnut Dark Chocolate Honey Milkshake | Recipe of Milkshake without ice cream.

Hello Friends,
I'm back with one more breakfast recipe which is healthy, creamy, luscious and filling. Banana Walnut Milkshake with Dark Chocolate and Honey is a very easy to make, super quick and tastes just like the real deal.

The USP of this recipe is that this will make the best use of overripe banana, which we usually don't want to eat and at the same time if in good condition, find difficult to throw or don't understand what to do and little more delay will result in throwing them out..

Banana Walnut Dark Chocolate Honey milkshake is surely a good combination for those who want to try something quick, healthy and delicious. The use of dark chocolate works great in this recipe, and the best thing about dark chocolate is that it is one of the best sources of antioxidants..

☑Let's get started with recipe details

▫Preparation time 3-5 min
▫Cooking time nil
▫Serving 1

☑Ingredients required

▫1 Overripe banana
▫150 ml coconut milk
▫5-6 walnuts
▫¼ tsp cinnamon powder
▫2-3 pieces dark chocolate
▫1tbsp honey or as per taste
▫3-4 Ice cubes

☑ Method

◾In a blender, combine banana, coconut milk, grated dark chocolate, honey, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and serve immediately..

Disclaimer

As per Ayurveda banana should not be eaten with milk, buttermilk, curd or any other dairy products... As according to them this combination becomes heavier and toxin forming. and makes you feel heavy, lethargic for longer time. Milk should be substituted with coconut milk or almond milk.. And if you don't avoid this and a fan of this combination then use a very ripe banana and don't forget to add Cardamom or Nutmeg powder for better digestion.

    1. Yes, for me it was like a win win situation. Not only made the best use of overripe banana and bitter chocolate, plus it become the healthy delicious start of the day for me. Very recently gifted with very rich dark bitter chocolate and frankly, it was very bitter in taste but that really worked beautifully in this recipe.. Thank you so much dear Chef Jolly.
