Triveni Dal

How to make Triveni dal, Teedali Dal Recipe, Authentic Teendal recipe, Tidali Dal

Hello Friends,

I'm back with one more interesting, healthy, scrumptious, super comfortable and excellent recipe of dal. Sharing Triveni dal recipe with a stepwise pictorial guide.

Triveni dal is the beautiful confluence of three colorful lentils, which make this dal awesomely delicious and perfect in all departments. The lentils, which goes in this dal preparation are split green dal, Chana dal and split white dal (urad dal).

The proportion of each dal is also important.. I prefer 60% of split green dal: 25% of Chana dal and 15% of white dal. Means if you are taking 60 grams split green dal, in that take 15 grams white dal and 25 grams Chana dal or adjust as per taste..

The action plan for this recipe is soaking of dal for 25 minutes and then rinse and cook on slow flame and add the basic ingredients needed and finally temper with chopped garlic.. Trust me, once you try this, you'll love to cook this dal again and again.

Let's get started
