Fresh Green Chickpeas Salad is scrumptious, lip smacking, nutritious and healthy combination of fresh chickpeas and colorful vegetables, which are tossed with a light and refreshing lemon juice and flavored with Indian herbs and spices.

This recipe is super easy and comes under fast to cook, good to eat. This salad goes really well with your meals as a side dish or you can enjoy this as healthy and tasty breakfast or as an evening snack.

☑ Ingredients required 

⚪250 Grams shelled hara chana
⚪3 medium size tomatoes
⚪2 medium size boiled potatoes
⚪1 carrot 
⚪2 medium size onions
⚪2tbsp coriander leaves
⚪1 lemon 
⚪3tsp red chilly powder
⚪2-3 salad leaves for garnish
⚪Salt to taste 

☑ Method 
♨ Step 1 Mise en place

✔Hara Chana - boiled. (Allow 1-2 whistle, depending on quality or even you can go ahead in raw form if that suits your taste).

✔Carrots - Washed - peeled and cut into small cubes. 

✔Potatoes - boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes

✔Onions - peeled and finely chopped

✔Tomatoes - washed and finely chopped.

♨ Step 2 mix well and serve

✔Combine all the vegetables mentioned above. Add salt, red chilly powder and lemon juice. Toss it and serve immediately.
