How to make flax seeds dry fruit attey ke laddu, attey aur flax seeds laddu, Attey ke laddo, Wheat flour Laddu
Today I am going to share the healthy Ladoo recipe which is super delicious, protein rich and healthy combination of proteins, carbohydrates and omega three fatty acids.
As you all know flax seeds are the best vegetarian source of protein and omega three fatty acids. Adding flax seeds in laddo makes them more desirable than going with just the ground form.. This healthy Ladoo is best suited for this festive season. .
◾Let's start with recipe details

PrepTime : 10-15 min
Cook Time : 20-25 min
◾Ingredients required
½kg Wheat flour
1/3 cup ground flax seeds (this quantity can be adjusted as per your taste)
10-12 almonds
10-12 cashews
150 grams sugar
160-180 grams ghee
2tsp cardamom powder
Method
Step 1 : Mise en place
◾Dry roast and grind flax seeds. This process is very simple , but if you have any doubts you can refer my this blog post. Refer this post
◾Make one thread sugar syrup by adding very little water.
◾Roast and coarsely grind nuts. Keep aside until called for.
Step 2 Cooking time
◾Dry roast wheat flour for 7-10 minutes on slow flame until it releases very pleasant aroma and at the same time color changes to golden. Don't leave the pan unattended at this time and keep stirring in between. This step is the most important step of this recipe.
◾Add nuts, cardamom powder and flax seeds powder. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.
◾Now add ghee and cook for 3-5 minutes on slow flame After this you can switch off the gas stove. Add sugar syrup and mix well.
Step 3 - Ladoo Making time
◾The mixture is extremely hot. So rub some ghee to the palm of your hands. Grease your palms and when the mixture is still hot (but cool enough to handle). Take 2tbsp of above mix in your palm and press it to form a (golf) ball. Roll between your palms till smooth, roll them to make ladoo. Repeat till all the mixture is finished completely.
◾Our Ladoo are ready. Let them cool down completely and then transfer it in an airtight container.
