Today's recipe is Sweet Broken Wheat. Dalia or Daliya, Bulgur Wheat is very famous healthy breakfast. This is most preferred breakfast recipe in our house.

Today I'm proceeding to share another variation of this healthy breakfast. The action plan for this recipe is dry roasting of fine broken wheat, then it is stir fried in ghee and cooked with sugar and water and flavored with cardamom and almonds. We will go with very fine broken wheat particles.

Let's get started now

    1. Thank you so much dear Soma.
Forgot to mentioned above as we are using fine form of daliya so water goes in good quantity. The success rate of this recipe purely depends on how nicely we are roasting daliya. Even if give slight burnt smell, that also works great in this recipe. Nicely roasted daliya gives awesome taste... If taking 20 gram daliya then you'll need 150-200 ml of water.
