Malai Kulfi

How to make Malai Kulfi | Authentic Malai Kulfi Recipe

Howdy, My lovely Friends,

I am back in business. Things don't always go as planned, however.. I wanted to make the best use of light available in this month as considered best for food photography. But this scorching heat has given full stop to all the recipes planned for this month and this summer heat makes me wonder, if we are actually residing in the Sun.. :) :p It gives me a feeling of sauna bath when we enter into the kitchen, literally melting like butter.. Waiting desperately for the monsoon season.

May month is very special to me as mothers day is celebrated this month, followed by my birthday. May month also means summer vacation here in India and as said this is the happiest and most memorable period in a student's life... And I truly believe in the concept of making it very beautiful and memorable experience for my little princess - my niece.

This is the best time to enjoy with her.. I love spending time with my family and friends. The truly priceless Moments are those spent with family and friends. I am a very honest player and give full justice to the role I play in my life, and when I am with my little princess, it means no to food blogging and no to food photography.. I made Falooda for her with mango ice cream and strawberry jelly.. Which made her really very happy and I love to see the cute smile on her face which is so beautiful and divine..
