My this recipe of green tomato fry is sautéed and seasoned with Indian spice's.

✔Green Tomatoes 10-12 no.
✔Coriander powder 1tbsp
✔Red chilly powder- 2tsp
✔Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
✔Salt to taste
♦Cut tomatoes in medium thick slices.
♦Heat oil and spread throughout in a shallow fry pan, or your nonstick pan. Arrange the Green Tomato slices in a single layer.
♦Fry them on medium to low heat till one side gets fully cooked.
♦After a few seconds, turn each piece around. Cook for few more seconds.
♦Repeat this and cook till it turns crisp and golden brown.
♦Sprinkle dry ingredients that is coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
♦Green Tomatoes Fry is ready! Enjoy this with dal, rice or chapatti, and curry of your choice, or use this as side dish.
