Having 2-3 tbsp in the morning time with milk works wonders for our health.. Give it a try and see a positive change in you. Sharing recipe with step by step photos..





This dry fruit mixture is very similar to Sindhi Wanwah Dry Fruit Mix. The only difference between the two mixes is that Wanvah mix is coarse and chunky in texture, whereas in today's recipe I made it powdered as my mom prefers this way, and this mix is specifically prepared for her..

This super delicious dry fruit mix is made with dry dates, almonds, cashews, walnuts, dry coconut, poppy seeds, green cardamom and rock sugar (Mishri).


How to store this mix?

Store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use within 10-12 weeks. 

Any special instructions related to this recipe. 

It is advisable to grind each dry fruit separately and don't grind it for too long and at the time of grinding, use pluse button.

Ingredients needed 

  • 200 grams Almonds
  • 200 grams cashews
  • 250 - 300 grams dry dates 
  • 200 grams Walnuts
  • 12-15 green cardamom or add as preferred 
  • 50 -70 grams Mishri - crystal sugar - Khadi Sakhar - rock candy 
  • 2tbsp poppy seeds - khus khus
  • 2tbsp grated dry coconut / desiccated coconut or coconut powder




Method 


Step 1 Dry roast 

Dry roast following ingredients separately on slow flame for 3-5 minutes and then leave them to cool down completely. 

Ingredients - almonds, cashews, walnuts, poppy seeds and green cardamom.







Step 2 Grind

After cool down - first grind rock candy, green cardamom and poppy seeds. Then grind dry dates, almonds, cashews and walnuts. Mix it all well. Lastly add dry coconut powder. Mix it all again. Our dry fruit mixture is ready.
