Let's get started - Recipe details 

  • Preparation time 5 minutes 
  • Cooking time nil
  • Cuisine - Indian 
  • Type - Accompaniment 


Ingredients needed
  • 1 small bunch coriander leaves
  • Handful of curry leaves
  • 5-6 green chillies or as desired 
  • 2-3 shallots - small onions - sambar onions
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 lemon or as per your taste 
  • Salt to your taste 


Method


♨️ Step 1 mise en place 


◾Onions - peeled - roughly chopped 

◾Cilantro leaves - washed - thick stems removed

◾Curry leaves - washed - stems removed 

◾Green chillies - washed - roughly chopped 







♨️ Step 2 Blend 


◾Combine all the ingredients i.e. curry leaves, roughly chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice and very little water in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into a serving bowl.






◾Serve right away or store in an airtight glass container and refrigerate.
