Cinnamon Milk





How to make Cinnamon Milk | Winter Special Dalchini Doodh | 


Hello Friends,

Today I'm going to partake in winter special milk recipe. Sharing recipe with step by step photos. 


Cinnamon is a highly delicious and perfect winter spice. It is obtained from the inner bark of several evergreen trees from the genus cinnamomum.




Cinnamon milk with honey is the new craze in my house! It is like a warming tonic for this winter season. Cinnamon not only tastes incredible, but it also has antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties...

Let's get started 
♨ Recipe details 

  • Preparation time nil
  • Cooking time 8-10 minutes 

♨ Ingredients required 

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey or as preferred 
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup water




♨ Method


◾Boil the ¼ cup of water. Add cinnamon powder. Let boil for a minute or two.




◾Add Milk, simmer on slow flame for 3-5 minutes. After one boil, switch off the gas stove. Cover it with lid, and leave it to steep for 3-5 minutes.









◾Add honey to it and mix well.




◾It is advisable to strain the milk, but you can skip that part if comfortable in drinking that way. I prefer strained milk.



◾Pour into a mug. Serve immediately and enjoy!
