Potato Pomegranate Raita Recipe

How to make Aloo Aur Anaar Ka Raita | Potato Pomegranate Raita Recipe with step by step pics....

Hello Friends,

Today's blog post recipe is Aloo Anaar Ka Raita i.e. Potato Pomegranate Raita. It is very easy to prepare and awesomely delicious accompaniment which goes well with any Indian meal. Sharing recipe with step by step pictures in GIF format..

I really wanted to partake in this recipe, but it was getting postponed due to some reason or other. Finally, I'm able to post this today. The best thing about this raita that you can prepare this with individual ingredients or together.. In all the ways it tastes super delicious.  As Pomegranates are seasonal by nature,  so if not available, you can attempt this recipe with potatoes only, believe me you won't regret and love to make this delicious, super quick raita recipe again and again...

What's so special in this Raita Recipe? Well the first thing it is sweet in nature and tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves which creates magic and makes this recipe super divine and awesomely delicious...

In today's recipe I have used baby potatoes which are normally used in the dum aloo recipe, but you can replace it with regular potatoes, if in case not easily available to you. Baby potatoes work great in this raita recipe.. Now it's up to you, how you want to go ahead with this recipe.
