How to make Garlic French Beans with Pomegranate Arils | Easy Green Bean Saute Recipe | Garlic Green Bean & Pomegranate arils

Hello Friends,

I'm back with one more easy, super scrumptious and healthy side dish recipe for you. Today's french beans recipe is must try recipe for garlic and french bean lovers.

Sautéed French Beans with Garlic and Pomegranate is very delicious and flavorful combo. The best suited words for today's recipe are - it can't be easier than this, you can't go wrong with garlic and french beans, yummy in the tummy, fast to cook, good to eat.

I think this type of food preparations are still not common in Indian houses as the main reason is the age old culture of joint family system. When we cook for families, the focus is always on to cook in a way that everyone in the home gets their portion right. I've never seen mom making french beans this way.. It's mainly cooked in spicy onion, tomato gravy and french beans are slightly over cooked in that gravy..

I have learned this recipe way back and I still remember it was a very first recipe in the continental cooking classes. The focus was on to blanch french beans perfectly means it should remain crisp with a beautiful and vibrant green color.

The plan of action for today's recipe is to blanch french beans until barely tender and then sauté it in a butter and olive oil with minced garlic and green chillies and then and garnish it with pomegranate arils.

Let's get started
