Hello Friends,

Today I'm going to share my all time favorite Indo Chinese Recipe. Sharing Schezwan Chili Paneer Recipe with step by step pictures..

Schezwan Chilli Paneer is a delicious delight anytime. This Indo Chinese paneer dish can be served as a starter or a side dish. It is simply irresistible.

You know this paneer recipe was my first culinary adventure or I would rather say it was my first hands on to learn delectable dishes. I had joined  2 weeks cooking course immediately after completion of graduation in commerce.

I still remember, in those days, it was like a trend in our neighborhood that every Single Eligible Girl must visit these cooking classes and learn these super tempting dishes.. Even families don't have any objection and even convince their daughters to visit and learn restaurant style food items. I can't tell you how excited I was that time, when I use to come back with tiffin box and very proudly use to share all dishes with my family members. 😁😂😋 Yes, you got it right, a sample of all food items which I had explored that day. That tiffin box thing was a compulsory thing for all the girls. I believe it was good business tactics by cooking class aunty.. 😍😁😎 I'm feeling nostalgic remembering those days... This recipe is a replica of what I had learned in that period.

Add water and prepare a batter that can easily coat on paneer sticks. Remember, the batter consistency should not be very thick or running.

◾Heat oil in a fry pan. Now drop the paneer sticks in batter, coat evenly and then deep fry until crispy and light golden. Just add 5-6 paneer sticks at a time don't overcrowd them.. Drain them on the absorbent paper and set aside.

Warning - 😂 Keep these sticks in a safe place as very addictive in taste and probability of disappearing is very high.. 😎😋

◾Add corn flour dissolved in water, cook it on high flame for 30-40 seconds. Add fried paneer sticks, stir fry on high flame until the sauce thickens and evenly coated on paneer sticks. Lastly add vinegar and spring onion - green part. Mix it well. Serve it immediately.

Note:  The salt content is very high in Maggi cube, plus soya sauce, schezwan chutney also contains salt. You need to take very good care when adding normal salt in batter as well as in sauce preparation.
