How to make Fried Eggplant Stuffed with Tomato Sauce And Mozzarella Cheese | Bharwan Baingan - Fusion Recipe | Italian Style Stuffed Aubergines

Hello Friends,

Today's blog post is a scrumptious, lip smacking fusion recipe of Baingan. Please give it a try for a new and creative meal. Sharing recipe with step by step pics.

Today's blog post is an Indo fusion recipe. This recipe is actually oven based recipe, but I had made this recipe on the gas stove.

The action plan for this recipe is to shallow or deep fry Aubergine's and then stuffed with flavorful and spiced tomato sauce.

It is advisable to fry Aubergine's for the perfect taste. I already tried this recipe without frying, but the end result was not good and it was simply rejected in my house. I believe some vegetables needs frying and Aubergine is one of them. But again, it's up to you as how you want to go ahead...
