♨ Take a mixing bowl, add above mentioned dry ingredients for stuffing. Add lemon juice, 2tbsp water and 1tsp oil .Mix all well, Our stuffing is ready now. The intent of using wet stuffing is that it gets blended well and give amazing taste to this preparation.

♨ Stuff this mixture into the each and every Bhindi.

♨Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add these stuffed bhindis and mix well, stir fry them on high flame for 2-3 minutes,  gently stir in between.

♨ Now cover this with a lid and simmer it for 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally. Every few minutes, turn the Bhindi to allow even cooking on all sides. Cook till okras are soft and tender and turn light gold brown.

♨Serve hot with daal, rice chapattis or naan.

Notes:

When we cover stuffed okra with lid, it leads to cooking faster and moisture is retained.
