How to make Toor Dal with Drumsticks | Raw Mango Dal Recipe With Drumsticks | Drumstick Mango Curry | Raw Mango & Moringa Oleifera Pods Curry | Kacchi Keri Aur Sahjan Phali wali Dal | Kacche Aam Aur Sahjan Phali Toor Dal Kadhi

Hello Friends,

Today I am going to share one more summer special recipe for you. It is cooked with raw mangoes, drumsticks and pigeon peas. Sharing recipe with step by step pictures..

Drumstick Mango Dal is my all time favorite dal. This dal is also known as Khatti dal. The USP of today's recipe is that it is best suited for the summer season. I have added all those ingredients available in this season and strictly avoided strong flavors or garam masala powders, as summer means use of less spices and the addition of seasonal available ingredients to make it healthy, light and easy to digest.

Did you know that extreme summer heat, the temperature of our body and very spicy and masaledar food affect our digestion system. High heat can induce discomfort in our digestive system such as acidity or bloating. In fact acidity is the very common problem faced by many during this summer season.. Thus we need to change and cook food which works best in this season.
