Boondi Mint Raita and Chaas

How to make Mint Raita and Pudina Boondi Chaas | Summer Special Mint Chaas and Pudina and Boondi Raita

Hello Friends,

As the temperature is rising day by day, thus we need something refreshing and Thanda Thanda Cool Cool to keep ourselves hydrated.:) Today's blog post is about two super quick, easy, delicious and cool recipes with three main ingredients Pudina (Mint), Curd and Boondi.

Pudina aka peppermint aka mint is the star ingredient in today's recipe.. Mint is a coolest herb for this summer season. It has a sweet but mild flavor and gives you the cool sensation after eating. Mint is very popular and oldest grown herb around the world. It is used as an essential ingredient and add flavor, color and nutrition in many Indian dishes..

Mint Raita, Mint Lassi, Jal Jeera and even one of the most favorite Indian recipe Golgaappa aka Panipuri aka Puchka will be incomplete without mint leaves.

Today's first share is Pudina Boondi Chaas- I'm going to follow traditional authentic method. It's my observation, when making chaas or lassi - time and at which speed curd is blended plays a very important role. If this process is done on the higher speed and for longer time that results in fresh butter and whey... as the result of this, the perfect chaas taste will get affected if the correct method is not followed... In simple words use of manual instruments give better result than going with electric blenders.. Or if using electronic appliance don't blend for longer time or on high speed..
