Ajwain is my addition to pakoda recipesο»Ώ as works great on our digestive system.. And cornflour is like a secret ingredient to bhajia recipe where as soda gives desirable softness.. But it's great to learn from each other and at times we can also follow the same way, if any ingredient is not available im our kitchen.π Veg Indian Cookinghttps://plus.google.com/107045520774602613916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770574956001515685.post-78100467173156926052016-07-04T16:52:32.116+05:302016-07-04T16:52:32.116+05:30Thankji thankji tussi dil khush kar dita... ππThankji thankji tussi dil khush kar dita... ππVeg Indian Cookinghttps://plus.google.com/107045520774602613916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770574956001515685.post-86462022603897703872016-07-04T14:35:49.423+05:302016-07-04T14:35:49.423+05:30tempting... there is a similar one among us called...tempting... there is a similar one among us called peyaji without using the soda, ajwain n cornflour....CURRY AND SPICEhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14258226833176789515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770574956001515685.post-45830982663586295762016-07-04T13:56:08.113+05:302016-07-04T13:56:08.113+05:30Wah ji Wah !one of the perfect & best monsoon ...Wah ji Wah !one of the perfect & best monsoon snack, I love the idea of using cornflour & coriander seeds in pakoda..it looks so inviting :) please pass me a full plate of kanda bhajia with tea :D Beautiful share Deepa :)JollyHomemadeRecipeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12154467848011088381noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770574956001515685.post-45047807698848142192016-07-03T20:01:06.405+05:302016-07-03T20:01:06.405+05:30Hello My Blog Follower,π
Thank you so much for w...Hello My Blog Follower,π

Thank you so much for writing this query. Love to share my feedback on this. I'll go with the first recipe as it is the best recipe in terms of taste... it is very soft, chewy and delicious and crispy from outside... where as second recipe give you more crispy onion bhajia and less soft from inside. In fact, another thing is that it always gives a sour taste of onions even Bhajia are purchased from reputed shop which is something i don't like ... so my vote goes to the first method.Veg Indian Cookinghttps://plus.google.com/107045520774602613916noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7770574956001515685.post-5656563808507206902016-07-03T19:27:11.557+05:302016-07-03T19:27:11.557+05:30You've shared two methods.....
